Mandate

The Community Safety, Security and Liaison (CSSL) Committee is responsible for oversight of the Department of Community Safety and related entities within Gauteng.

The Committee ensures accountability, transparency and effective service delivery, focusing on policing, crime prevention, road safety and community safety initiatives.
