The Privileges and Ethics Committee is responsible for safeguarding the integrity, dignity and good conduct of Members of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature.
The Committee considers matters relating to parliamentary privileges, ethical conduct, declarations of interests and any issues referred to it in terms of the rules and applicable legislation.
